Finding Isness Workshop

Two hours, three simple steps: learn what drives Isness (our commitment to balance, community and consumption-conscious celebration); explore your own voice as a tool for nervous-system calm; then settle into a restorative sound meditation that lets the body absorb the work. 100 % of proceeds fuel future alcohol-free dance nights, wellness kits and recovery scholarships. Come get the experience—then decide if you want to keep it alive.

Isness exists “to support people in recovering and maintaining balance by creating a community around sound and dance music that is of service to each other.”
