Isness supports those looking for balance. This is a small group sound bath that starts with a short lesson in using breath and sound.

Typically this section consists of a light movement practices that involve shaking and stretching. Then we move into light breath work and some sounding or toning.

Welcome to the Isness's Sound Meditation at Purusha Yoga School & Studio. It's a small group sound bath that starts with a short lesson in using breath and movement to settle your nervous system. We facilitate experiences that create connection, support your journey, and restore balance through the use of sound, breath, and movement.

We all need rebalancing from time to time. The beauty of sound, and what we practice at Isness, is that we don’t require you to learn asanas or memorize sutras. We just ask that you listen. People come to us when their brains are maxed out and they need to find balance, or when they have hang-ups with traditional spirituality. That’s the beauty of sound. Sound meditations don’t judge or require you to believe anything. The scripture of sound and these frequencies is universal.

Our philosophy is that you posses all you need to heal, so our only aim is to create an experience that best facilitates that process while giving you some practices to take home.
